Here at the Free we have 4 different services throughout the day in order to provide everyone with somewhere that they feel comfortable and are able to connect with.

**Please note: on Sunday 1st August and Sunday 8th August, there will no 5.30pm & 7th Hour services**

**For Sunday 1st August, there will be a united service at the Marquee on the Greensward at the bottom of Connaught Avenue with other churches from Frinton as we begin Frinton Mission 2010.
On Sunday 8th August, the Closing Celebration will be held in the Marquee at 4.30pm.
You are very welcome to join us for either or both of these special services.**

9am the Original
This service is for the people who prefer a more traditional feel.


11am Life Builder
Our second service of the day is designed with family in mind with our morning kids program available (click here for details). An all age service with a contemporary feel.

10.45am Sunday @ Oasis
Located in our cafe Oasis it is a place for people who would rather watch the service via our TV link and enjoy a cup of coffee at the same time.


5.30pm Life Shaper
Our 5.30pm service is for those who prefer a more traditional feel.


7pm Seventh Hour
Our contemporary service with lots of time spent in worship and delivering life changing messages all within a really relaxed atmosphere.
